Ashikaga Municipal Baseball Stadium is located in Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture, and is one of the stadiums where the Tochigi Golden Braves of the BC League play their official games.
Getting to the Stadium
JR Ashikaga Station is on the Ryomo Line, which is inconvenient if you're coming from Tokyo or other areas, but the Tobu Line's Ryomo Express connects Asakusa to Ashikaga Station in about 1 hour and 20 minutes, so it's convenient.
However, JR Ashikaga Station is closer to the ballpark, and Ashikaga-shi Station crosses the Watarase River, so it is a bit difficult to walk to the ballpark.
Ashikaga Station is about 2 kilometers away, so it would take about 30 minutes to get there on foot.
If you are coming from the city center using JR, you can take the Utsunomiya Line to Oyama Station, and then change to the Ryomo Line.
The Utsunomiya line has quite a few trains, but the Ryomo line has only one train every hour, depending on the time of day, so please be careful.
On the Ryomo Line, there are two stations, Ashikaga Flower Park and Ashikaga Station, so you can go to Ashikaga Flower Park and then come to Ashikaga.
