The Chiba Jets are a member of the B1 of the B League (Japan Professional Basketball League).

As of 2021, they have never won the B1 League title, but they have won the All Japan Basketball Championship three times.
Since the opening of the B-League, the Chiba Jets have been the most commercially successful team.

The Jets have competed in B1 for the past three seasons, all in B1, and rank first in the league (18 teams) in average attendance per game for the 2018-2019 season with 5,204 fans.
Chiba is the only team with an average attendance of over 5,000 in the 2018-2019 season.
