Sada Chinkabashi is easily accessible from Nakamura Station on the Tosa Kuroshio Railway, even for travelers without a car.
You can take the Shimanto Trolley Bus, which is a circular bus, and pay 500 yen for a day of unlimited rides. It took us about 20 minutes from Nakamura Station to the Sada Sink Bridge. The bus is an old-fashioned hood bus with a quaint look. After getting off the bus, it was a short walk from the bus stop to the Sada Chinkabashi.
Initially, I was planning to take a boat to see the Sada Chinkabashi, but it was told that there would be no sailing today, and that single passengers were not allowed on the boat! .
More than anything, I couldn't ride the "boat mother ship" that I was looking forward to, so I had to splurge and enjoy the Shimanto eel! Well, let's just say it's good that I got to eat delicious eel.
