Egao Kenko Stadium is an athletic stadium located in the Kumamoto Prefectural Athletic Park in Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture. It is the home stadium of the J-League team, Roasso Kumamoto.
Getting to the Stadium
Most of the local fans drive to this venue. There is a parking lot in the park that can hold 1,000 cars. The stadium is close to Aso Kumamoto Airport (about 10 km), so if you are going to the stadium from the airport, the smoothest way to get there is to rent a car.
There is a shuttle bus service from "Hikari-no-Mori Station" to the stadium (210 yen) on game days.
From JR Kumamoto Station, take the Hohi Honsen Line and get to "Hikari-no-Mori Station" in about 30 minutes. The Hohi HonsenLine runs about three trains per hour. If you are going to stay in Kumamoto City, you can also go this way.
