If the weather is nice, I would definitely like to take a walk in the morning in Odori Park, where the Sapporo TV Tower makes a great picture.
If you don't have much time, you can take a commemorative photo with the TV tower in it. If you don't have much time, you can get off at Odori Station on the subway to get closer to the TV Tower.
