Tiksis Co., Ltd. Travel Terms and Conditions Manual

If Tiksys Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") undertakes travel arrangements at the request of the customer, the following are not the ones listed in the travel itinerary (course table) and travel conditions (or quotation). This statement explaining the terms and conditions of the transaction will be part of the contract document if a travel contract is concluded.

1. Arranged travel contracts

"Arranged Travel Agreement" means a contract undertaken by the Company to arrange so that the Company can receive travel services at the customer's request.

2. Travel application and contract conclusion time

(1) Customers who wish to apply for a contract will be asked to fill out the attached application form and submit it to the Company along with the prescribed travel fee.

(2) The contract is concluded when the Company accepts the conclusion of the contract and accepts the travel fee of the preceding item.

(3) The Company may receive an application for a contract without receiving payment of the application fee with a written special agreement. In this case, the timing of the conclusion of the contract will be stated in the contract document.

3. Travel fee

The Company shall arrange travel, such as freight, fares, and other expenses (hereinafter referred to as "travel expenses") for transportation, accommodation agencies, etc. In addition, the handling fee related to the arrangement among the travel business handling charges (hereinafter referred to as the "handling fee"). ) will be charged to the customer.

(1) Travel fee refers to travel expenses and handling fees paid to the Company. The total amount of the travel fee and other expenses related to the trip (hereinafter referred to as "travel fee, etc.") ) and the breakdown thereof will be clearly indicated in the travel conditions (or quotation).
However, if we intend to conclude a comprehensive fee concluding, we will not specify the breakdown of the travel fee.

(2) Travel business handling fees are permitted by the Travel Business Act, and the Company's travel business handling fees are posted in the Company's stores pursuant to the provisions of the Law. In addition, we will give you a travel business fee list to customers who wish.
In principle, the handling fee will not be refunded even if the transportation or accommodation institution, etc. requested by the customer becomes unable to arrange for reasons such as full or full.

4. Handling fee (in the case of planned and arranged travel contract)

The handling fee is indicated in the travel conditions (or quotation) along with the travel cost. *Included in the travel fee in the case of inclusive rate.

5. Time and method of payment of travel fee

As a general rule, the travel fee must be transferred to our designated account by the day before the cancellation fee. In the case of failure to do so, the payment date and method will be clearly indicated in the contract document, etc.

When a communication contract is concluded, the Company shall, without the traveler's signature on the prescribed voucher with the card of the partner company.
You will be paid for the trip for the amount stated in the contract document.
In addition, the card use date is the date when the travel contract is concluded.

6. Change travel fee

The travel fee may be changed if travel expenses increase or decrease due to changes in fares, fees, etc. applicable to the transportation, accommodation agencies, etc. used before the start of the trip, changes in travel expenses, etc.

7. Settlement of travel fee

If the actual travel fee required does not match the travel fee already paid or is supposed to be paid, the Company will settle immediately after the trip.

8. Change the terms of the contract

(1) When a customer requests a change in the contents of the contract, the Company will make every effort to respond to the customer's request as much as possible.
In this case, we may change the travel fee.

(2) If you change the contents of the contract at the customer's request, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee, penalty fee, other expenses required for the change, and the change procedure fee to be paid to the transportation and accommodation institution, etc. in order to cancel the arrangements that have already been completed.

*The increase or decrease in travel fees caused by the change shall belong to the customer.

(3) In the case of a planned and arranged travel contract except when concluding a comprehensive fee special agreement, payment of the expenses required for the change in the preceding paragraph and the change procedure fee is not required for the change requested before the customer notifies the Company of consent to the planning document.

(4) If we conclude a comprehensive fee special agreement, we may not be able to respond to your request for change.

9. Tour service

(1) The Company may accompany the tour conductor at the request of the person in charge of the contract and provide a tour ride service.

(2) In principle, the contents of the tour service are necessary for group and group actions on the travel schedule.
In addition, the business hours of tour conductors are generally from 8:00 to 20:00.

(3) When the Company provides the touring service, the customer will be charged separately the "tour ride service fee" specified below and the actual expenses such as transportation and accommodation expenses necessary for the tour conductor to accompany the tour conductor. The tour conductor's fee (the sum of the touring service fee and the actual cost required) for the travel you applied for will be clearly indicated in the attached travel terms and conditions (or quotation).

10. Cancel contract

(1) By the date stated in the contract document, the Company plans the trip according to the customer's request described in the application form, and will deliver a planning document stating the travel itinerary, the contents of the travel service, the amount of the travel fee, the cost necessary for the trip not included in the travel price, and other travel conditions.

la. Travel expenses, etc. related to travel services, etc. that the customer has already received.

B. Cancellation fees, penalty fees, and other expenses that the customer must pay to the travel service provider, etc. pertaining to travel services, etc. that have not yet been provided.

c. Handling fee and cancellation procedure fee
Travel business charges are quoted in the Travel Terms and Conditions (or quotation). The cancellation procedure fee is as follows:

・ For privately arranged trips of less than 10 people: 5,000 yen
per case
・ In the case of group arranged trips of 10 people or more: 10% of the travel fee for the part involved in cancellation

(2) The customer may cancel the contract when arrangements in accordance with the estimate are not possible due to reasons attributable to the Company.

(3) The Company may cancel the contract if the Traveler does not pay the travel fee by the date set forth in Paragraph 3.

(4) In the case of concluding a comprehensive fee special agreement and the travel contract is canceled after the planning is accepted at the request of the customer, in principle, regardless of this paragraph (1), the following cancellation fee will be paid. (If the conditions differ depending on the trade fair period, etc., we will clearly indicate it in the travel conditions (or quotation).)

11. About the planning document

(1) By the date stated in the contract document, the Company plans the trip according to the customer's request described in the application form, and will deliver a planning document stating the travel itinerary, the contents of the travel service, the amount of the travel fee, the cost necessary for the trip not included in the travel price, and other travel conditions.

(2) The customer must notify the customer of consent or disapproval of the contents of the project by the date stated in the planning document. If the customer does not notify you of consent or disapproval, the Company will ask you to notify you of your acceptance or disapproval within a certain period of time.

(3) If the customer does not notify the customer within a certain period of the preceding item, the Company shall consider the project to be disapproval.

(4) Even if there is a notice of disapproval or if it is deemed unsolicited by the preceding (3) item, the customer must pay the planning fee described in the "Estimated budget for travel fee" column on the surface.

12. Arrangement responsibility

When we arrange the travel services described in the contract document with the "care of a good manager", the performance of our obligations shall be terminated.

13. Our responsibilities

(1) If it becomes impossible to arrange travel services due to reasons attributable to the Company, the customer may cancel the travel contract.
In this case, the customer shall bear the expenses that must be already paid or paid to the transportation or accommodation institution, etc. in exchange for the travel service already provided. However, this does not prevent you from claiming damages against the Company.

(2) In the performance of the arranged travel contract, the Company shall be liable to compensate the Company for damages caused intentionally or by the intention or negligence of the Company or its arranger, and if the Customer notifies the Company within two years from the day following the occurrence of the damage.
However, for damages incurred in baggage, up to 150,000 yen per person per trip only when notified to the Company within 14 days for domestic travel and 21 days for overseas travel (excluding cases where the Company is intentionally or grossly negligent, calculated from the day following the occurrence of the damage). ) indemnity.

(3) In principle, the Company shall not be liable in the following cases. (Natural disasters, war, riots, accidents or fires of transportation and accommodation agencies, delays in transportation agencies, changes in travel dates or cancellations caused by these, orders from government offices, immigration regulations, isolation due to infectious diseases, accidents during free action, food poisoning, theft, etc.)

14. Your Responsibilities

If the Company suffers damage due to the customer's willful intention or negligence, the Company will compensate the customer for the damage.

15. Compensation for damage during travel due to planned travel contracts

In accordance with the Special Compensation Regulations, the Company will pay compensation and sympathy if a customer who has concluded a planned or arranged travel contract suffers certain damage to his/her body, whether intentionally or negligently, while participating in the trip. However, we will not pay for damage related to baggage.

16. Agreement

The matters not described in this Travel Conditions Manual are as stipulated in the Company's Travel Business Agreement (Part of the Travel Contract Arrangements).

17. Base date

These travel conditions are based on March 1, 2011.
