The Ryusei Falls and Ginga Falls are located in the Daisetsuzan National Park in Hokkaido.
The Ginga Falls and the Ryusei Falls can be seen separately from the parking lot, but in order to take a picture of both of them, you have to climb up the mountain to an observatory called "Soubaku Dai".
First, you can park at the parking lot and see Ryusei Falls and Ginga Falls one by one.
The entrance to the waterfall platform is behind the store.
Continue up the stairs and walk through the mountains to the Soubaku Dai (Observation deck).
On the way, there is a place where you can see two waterfalls in the middle of the mountain.
The Soubaku Dai (Observation deck) is not that well maintained, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk up one way.

The navigation system may not be able to guide you properly.
Basically, Route 39 seems to be the main road in this area.
When you get off the highway, drive straight down this road and you will arrive at an area where hotels are clustered. Many people stay in this hotel area.
"To get to the waterfall, drive past the hotel area for about two kilometers until you come to a tunnel, then turn right at the side of the tunnel to find the parking lot.
Ryusei Falls
The closest one to the entrance of the parking lot is this Meteor Falls.
If you want to see the Ginga Falls and Ryusei Falls waterfalls, even small children will have no problem at all.
Ginga Falls
When you enter the entrance of the parking lot, you will find a store, and near the store is the Ginga Falls.
Soubaku Dai (Observation deck)
The entrance to the Soubaku Dai (Observation deck) is located at the store.
Continue up the mountain.
The middle area
After walking for about 10 minutes, you can see both waterfalls in the middle area.
The view is good enough even here.
When you get close to the Soubaku Dai (Observation deck), a rope was put up and you climb up here and soon reach the Soubaku Dai (Observation deck).
