Itoman City Nishizaki Stadium is located in the Nishizaki Athletic Park in Itoman City, and within this park there is an athletic field, a baseball field, and a swimming pool.
Itoman City Nishizaki Stadium was used by the professional baseball team Orix for their training camp until 1992.
After that, they went to Miyakojima, and now they hold their training camp in Miyazaki.
Getting to the Stadium
The location of the Itoman City Nishizaki Athletic Park is about 7 kilometers from the Naha Airport area, which is about a 15-minute drive.
The park has a parking lot that can hold around 350 cars, but during the camping season, the parking lot may be restricted, so be sure to check the organizer's website.
It is convenient to have a car to get around Okinawa, but if you are based in Naha City and only want to watch the games in this area, you can take a city bus.
The Ryukyu Bus "89" (Itoman Line) connects the main area of Naha to the stadium area, and there are several routes on the 89, with one going to the front of the stadium every hour or so, and three every hour if you are willing to walk about 1.5 kilometers to the stadium.
If you don't mind walking about 1.5 kilometers to the ballpark, there will be about three trains per hour. The line to the ballpark is via Nishizaki on the 89 Itoman Line.
If you want to get off and walk about 1.5 kilometers to the ballpark, take the 89 Itoman Line.
