Kadena Sports Dome

Kadena Sports Dome is located in the Kadena Athletic Park in Kadena Cho.
Every year, the second team of the Yokohama DeNA Bay Stars, a professional baseball team, holds a training camp at Kadena Athletic Park.
(the First team of the Yokohama DeNA Bay Stars is held at Atom Home Stadium in Ginowan).

Getting to the Stadium

The Kadena Sports Park location is about 30 kilometers from the Naha Airport area.
If there is no traffic jam, it will take about 45 minutes by car, but it is generally very congested from Naha city to the highway, so expect to spend about an hour there.
Considering that there are few hotels around Kadena Sports Park, this is an area where you will need a car.

There are about 400 parking spaces at the park.

About the Stadium

The Kadena Sports Park can be divided into three main areas: the baseball field, the track and field field and the indoor practice field (Kadena Sports Dome).
The baseball field and track and field are separated by a road, but you can get to them through a tunnel under the road.
