1. "Getting there & Around" Koshigaya, Kasukabe, Kazo, Hanyu, Gyoda
Gyoda is accessible by JR, but venues such as the Green Arena are accessible by the Chichibu Line from Kumagaya, and Hanyu is also on the Chichibu Line. Hanyu is also on the Chichibu line, but be aware that the Chichibu line is a local train line and there are not many of them.
Koshigaya and Kasukabe are strongly served by the Tobu Line, so you can access them from the city center using the Tobu Line.
Basically, this area is an area where locals live by car.
Therefore, it is better to take the train to a large station and rent a car to get around the area.
Kumagaya is a station where the Shinkansen stops, and there is also a connection to the JR conventional line, but be aware that Honjo-Waseda station is about 2 km away from Honjo station, and there are no other options other than the Shinkansen.
Basically, in the northern part of the prefecture, you need a car.
Therefore, it is better to take the train to Kumagaya and rent a car to get around the area.
2. "Where to Stay" in Koshigaya, Kasukabe, Kazo, Hanyu, Gyoda
It is not an area where there is much to stay and do.
There are business hotels in some places.
Unless you plan to go sightseeing in the area the day after the game, this is basically not an area where you will stay overnight.
3. "What to Do & See" in Koshigaya, Kasukabe, Kazo, Hanyu, Gyoda
Gyoda will be one of the cities in the prefecture with many areas to visit, such as the ancient lotus, Sakitama Kofun, and Oshijo.
In Kazo, there is the Saitama Aquarium. Kazo City is also famous for its carp streamers.
Tobu Zoo is also a tourist spot in this area.
4. "What / Where to Eat" in Koshigaya, Kasukabe, Kazo, Hanyu, Gyoda
Gyoda's jelly fries are famous.
Udon noodles are available in Kazo.
After that, Jumanseki, whose commercial "Umami, umami too much" is often seen on TV Saitama, has its main store in Gyoda, and its manju (steamed bun) is a good souvenir.
