Kikuseidai (Night View)
The night view of Kikuseidai is widely known as one of the three best night views in Japan. If you have a car, you can go to the observation deck of Kikuseidai even after the night game. It takes about 1 hour each way from Sannomiya area.

Meriken Park / Harborland
Meriken Park is a seaside park that includes the Kobe Port Tower and the Kobe Maritime Museum etc. It is a good place to relax and take a walk. There is also a shopping mall called Harborland, you can enjoy shopping.

How to get to Meriken Park and Harborland area from Sannomiya.
Take the Kobe Municipal Subway "Kaigan Line" and get off at Harborland Station or Minami-Motomachi Station. Or take the JR line and get off at JR Kobe Station.
Kobe Kitano Ijinkan Gai
Kobe is one of the five ports that opened during the Meiji and Taisho eras as a result of trade treaties with foreign countries. For that reason, the town where Western architecture still remains as a former residential area for foreigners has become a tourist spot. The guidebook says, "About a 15-minute walk from Sannomiya Station," but it's hard to walk up a hill, especially in the summer time. If you walk from the area around Sannomiya to Ijinkan-gai, it may take longer than you think.

Kazamidori no yakatya (House of Weathercock)

Directions:
The Weathercock House is the most symbolic building in this area. There is a charge if you want to get inside.
Accommodation
If you are going to the game in Kobe or Osaka, we think you can use your time efficiently if you stay at a place where it is easy to go to the venue by train, or if you go home or travel within the country on the next day, where it is easy to access to Shinkansen or airport. If you take the shinkansen next day, Sannomiya is easy to get to Shin-Kobe Station and Umeda is easy to get to Shin-Osaka Station. From Sannomiya to Itami Airport or Kansai International Airport, it might be better to take a limousine bus considering the fare and carrying large luggage.
Sannomiya Area
The Hanshin Main Line connects "Kobe-Sannomiya Station" and "Koshien Station" in about 25 minutes. Sannomiya is an attractive location as it is close to shinkansen Shin-Kobe station, about 30 minutes to JR Osaka station by JR Kobe line and about 1 hour to Kyoto by JR Kobe line without transfer.
