The nearest station to Nabari Central Park is Nabari Station.
Nabari Station is about one hour by "Kintetsu Limited Express" from Namba Osaka Station.
Alternatively, it is also about an hour from Ise City Station and Uji Yamada Station, which are the nearest stations to Ise Jingu Shrine.
