The stadium is the home of the Niigata Albirex Baseball Club of the BC League and hosted the Professional Baseball All-Star Game in 2010.
In 2010, the stadium hosted a professional baseball all-star game, and since then, the DeNA Yokohama BayStars have hosted games at the stadium approximately once a year.
The stadium is located in the Niigata Sports Park, which is also home to the Big Swan, the home of Albirex Niigata of the J-League.
Getting to the Stadium
Niigata Sports Park is located about 5 km away from Niigata Station.
A city bus runs from the south exit of JR Niigata Station to this area.
(Depending on the time of day, there may be one bus every hour.
Niigata Kotsu
Shuttle buses are available from the south exit of JR Niigata Station for J-League matches.

Niigata Station
Niigata Station is the last stop and first stop of the Joetsu Shinkansen Line.
Depending on the time of day, there may be only one train every hour, so please check the timetable before using the station.
If you want to go to Tsukioka Onsen from here, take the Hakushin Line to Toyosaka Station, where some hotels offer a shuttle service.

The shuttle bus stop at the south exit of JR Niigata Station for J-League games is here.
It is a bit far from the bus terminal at the station, but you will probably see some supporters there.
