Makomanai Sekisui Heim Stadium was the stadium where the Sapporo Olympics' opening ceremony was held in 1972 and used as the venue for speed skating at the Olympics. It was held at this stadium from the first competition to the 15 competition of "Toyota Big Air" which is one of Japan's highest snowboarding competitions.
