Akemio SKY Dome is an indoor training ground in Nago City, located in the same area as Tapic Stadium Nago and other facilities.
In this area, the Nippon-Ham Fighters hold their spring training camp.
The Nippon-Ham Fighters have been camping here for a long time, but in 2018 and 2019, the old Nago Municipal Baseball Stadium was demolished and a new stadium (Tapic Stadium Nago) was built, so the stadium could not be used. Practices were held at the Akemi O SKY Dome or at Kaigin Stadium Kunigami.
Getting to the Stadium
The location of Akemi-O SKY Dome is about 80 kilometers from the Naha Airport area, which is about 1 hour and 30 minutes by car.
There is a bus service from Naha Airport to Nago Bus Terminal, but there are not many hotels around the stadium. During the camping season, it is convenient to come to the area by car.
